Getting started with metadata

Please note that all RAWS metadata features are currently in 'beta' phase. Existing resources may still be extended in the future, or new resources/features may be added.

The basics

Before you start using metadata, we recommend that you follow these steps:

1. Learn about the basic concepts of RAWS metadata support.
2. Browse the resource reference pages:
   • META content resource, including the tag and meta objects
   • META vocab resource (if you are planning to do more than simple tagging)
   • META ext resource (optional)
