New: the RATS srcencode resource allows a user to let end-users directly upload files to RATS (without an intermediate server), and get them automatically transcoded and published.

Note: RAWS has been upgraded to version 4 (= using JSON as data format, instead of ATOM/XML) but remains fully backward compatible. The RAWS v3 documentation is still available here.
