RAmbla Web Services

RAmbla Web Services (RAWS) is the common denominator for a number of web services which expose a programmatic interface to different parts of Rambla's CDN and web applications.

Each of these web services exposes its own resources through a REST API. By relying on open standards, all Rambla web services accommodate for rapid client application development in any programming language. In addition, Rambla can provide you with RAWS client libraries in some programming languages.

Getting Started

If you are using an existing client library (= not writing your own), we recommend that - after taking a first look at this documentation - you read the RAWS tutorials on our site and start playing with the client library's examples. If you have questions afterwards, come back to the documentation center.

  1. Take a look at the conceptual overview and some basic examples.
  2. Get more information about the standard request and response formatting and learn how RAWS handles errors.
  3. Check out the separate API references: RASS, RAMS, RATS, RASE.
  4. See which client libraries are already available.

Still having questions; check the documentation center or contact Rambla.
